OUr Process

You’ve looked online and done research on what you want and who to call. This can leave you feeling excited, overwhelmed, or even nervous about the process that is to come. At Meyer Contracting when you call to set up an appointment, you will talk to our staff to set up a free in-home estimate. We know how valuable your time is, so upon your initial call we will ask detailed questions to make sure we are prepared upon arrival to your appointment (see below for questions). On top of that, all estimates are given exact time appointments so you don’t have to wait around wondering when someone will show up. 

When we arrive, you will meet with Bryan to go over your project. There isn’t a pushy sales pitch or any up-selling here.  Our focus is finding out what you’re looking to achieve and how we can make a design that best fits your needs. We will talk through design and material options while on site so your estimate is an accurate portrayal of what will be done. 

Once you select Meyer Contracting as your contractor, we will start turning everything on paper into reality. We will formalize everything with a contract, so there is no guessing....we will set up a start date, job duration, and payment schedule. We will be in constant contact to answer any questions and guide you as all design and material sections are made.

First day of the job we will make sure your home is taken care of. We cover the necessary flooring in your home and isolate the jobsite area. You will receive daily updates and reminders to ensure everything is on track and completed as expected. Once the project is nearing completion, your project manager will walk through everything making sure you’re 100% satisfied. Lien waivers are provided upon final payment and you are ready to enjoy your new space!

Your space might be complete, and we might be out of your sight, but we don’t completely disappear. Your relationship with Meyer Contracting continues. We stand by our work with a 2-year warranty.
